Problems with “Video Cloud Pro?” Here is MY Review!

I purchased the “Video Cloud Pro” a little over a week ago…and have had nothing but problems with it. I do not recommend this program to my followers here or on FaceBook.

The instructions were confusing…the video webinar provided was, how can I say…”amateurish” with a lot of latency problems…they were saying things like “click here and then see what we are talking about” – but the latency between their screen capture and the webinar provider was running about 5 seconds behind or so…and everyone would miss what they were talking about…

Then, their “Get Response” integration was not “syncing” and the drop down box would not “populate” so you could choose the campaign to assign the leads to in your auto responder…

I sent in numerous requests for help with this…initially, I would receive a response within 24 hours…but the responses were not providing any information…they were simply, “yes, you are setting it up correctly. Then, in the webinar (provided a few days AFTER the initial launch), when the instructors got to the auto responder integration with Get Response…they had the exact same results I was experiencing…which told me right there it was “not my settings.”

In the webinar, the instructor tried a couple of times to get it to work…then just “skipped over it” and said something to the effect of “and you can set up Get Response there…” and then continue on to the next area…

My last support ticket was sent Wednesday morning…and as of now, Friday night…I have not heard anything back…not so much as an update of “we are working on this issue…” Nothing. <crickets>.

Therefore, I sent in another support ticket requesting a full refund…

I am interested to see if anyone else has had issues with this product…I do not usually provide this type of feedback…If I find I do not like a particular piece of software of a product or service…I will just quietly request a refund or cancel my account…but the lack of support on this product has pushed me to leave this feedback…
